As of March 21, 2022 - the following are the requirements:
Carleton U will require youth eligible for vaccination to be fully vaccinated to enter their facilities by March 14th, 2022. The CUScreen form still needs to be completed and a mask needs to be worn within the facility, unless actively participating on the ice. CUScreen (also require vaccine receipts for eligible recipients)
A mask is recommended, but not required in an arena. If OPH has notified you that your player has been exposed to a positive case, regardless if you get a negative test completed, if OPH says the player needs to isolate for a certain period of time, they cannot come to hockey or any hockey related activity.
As per Ottawa Public Health provided January 10, 2022:
