The KGHA annual general meeting for the 2023-24 season will take place on Tuesday, May 28, 2024.

Time: 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM

*New for 2024, if you wish to submit your name for an AGM vote position, please submit your name to the KGHA Secretary no later than May 14, 2024. Candidates will be asked for a brief summation of their intentions and vision for the position. Candidates and their summation will be presented to the membership via web and social media prior to the AGM. Candidates seeking election must be present at the AGM.

*If you wish to submit your name for an interview position, please email the KGHA President to express your interest. Be sure to include a CV and a detailed rationale of why you wish to interview for said position and how you quality. Interviews will take place after the 2024 AGM.

Constitutional Amendments

As per the KGHA Constitution, notices of motion or amendment to the Constitution must be received in writing by the Secretary not later than fourteen (14) days prior to the Annual General Meeting. Therefore, all notices of motion or amendments must be submitted to the KGHA executive in writing no later than May 14, 2024. Notices of motion or amendments may be emailed to the KGHA Secretary. Anonymous submissions will not be accepted.

Questions

All questions must be submitted to the KGHA executive in writing no later than May 14, 2024. Questions may be emailed to the KGHA Secretary. Anonymous questions will not be accepted. Questions will be answered in the final segment of the AGM, time permitting.
